Bought a bunch of plain matte frames at a local art store recently and doodled on one for the fun of it. Love the smooth texture of the surface when using my Pentel Pocket Pen Brush. Then I decided to do a doodle in the center frame on watercolor paper using the same ink but add colour with Derwent Inktense blocks.
My friend, Cathy Rutland, gave me flowers last week. I notice that some of the blooms were just starting to droop a bit today, so decided to use one in this morning's doodle.
