Woke up at 4:30 am this morning and couldn't get back to sleep...so I drew. Here are two of the drawings that came out of my early work session:

Daily Doodle: Cloud study with water reflection

Going through exercises in ADVANCED PAINTER TECHNIQUES by Don Seegmiller. Really great info. In this exercise, I learned more about layer combination methods, using duplicated layers to create a feeling of depth, and  how to use a fractal pattern to create a water reflection effect.
