I understand that the government is trying to educate people how to read nutrition tables, but I can’t help but think there must have been a better way. Basic message of all the text above seems to be (at least at first glance, and who’s going to read the back of a cereal box that closely??):

I wonder how many tax dollars went into the planning and execution of this project.
