Maya & Jeff Bohnhoff: GRATED HITS

Maya and Jeff Bohnhoff's GRATED HITS album is my favorite of their parody albums, and I'm not just saying this because Track 5 is named after me. :-)

SO much fun to listen to this album. Fantastic instrumentals, holy cow. Even -without- the lyrics, I'd be listening to this CD over and over again.

The parody lyrics, however, are wonderfully twisted and hilarious (you can download the lyrics from the website). Is there any type of song the Bohnhoffs can't write? I'm a huge fan of their original music albums (esp. MANHATTAN SLEEPS) as well.

Not only are the vocals of the Bohnhoffs' usual high caliber, but the album includes impressive lead vocals by their son and eldest daughter. For those that don't know, by the way, Maya Bohnhoff is also an accomplished science fiction and fantasy writer.

I -adored- this album. BUY IT. I promise you won't be disappointed.

To listen to a sample of each track and buy the CD, go to the Grated Hits CDBaby page.

True enough. I just want to know where they got the green picture in the lyric sheet. ;^>
