biking

Went biking this morning with Dave for the first time in a few weeks. I wasn't as sore as I thought I might be, possibly because of the 4 1/2 hour ride I did with Jeff on Saturday (or maybe because I was just so relieved to be back on a paved trail again :-)). We went out past the Humber Bay Bike Bridge, took a break in a small lookout point we haven't visited before. I showed him some California picks, he told me about his Montreal visit (I had no idea there was a town actually called Asbestos).

Saw Jodi and Allison last night. Jodi got Allison and John's new computer set up with Eudora Light and other software.
