Thanks to Simon & Schuster Children's, I went on book tour to help celebrate the launch of my first solo picture book, WHERE ARE MY BOOKS? Had soooo much fun! I've started posting a multi-part book tour report, including what I learned from a personal as well a professional perspective:

Part 1: Good Beginnings, Larry The Driver and His Teacher, Colin Firth and Other Perks

Part 2 (Illinois): Visiting Carol Stream Elementary, Science and Arts Academy, Avoca West and Anderson's Bookshop. Plus the awesomeness of Patricia Murphy.

Part 3 (Illinois): Peterson Elementary, River Woods, media escorts, questions from students.

Part 4 (North Carolina): Irving Park Elementary, New Garden Friends School, Scuppernong, and why I love talking with K-4 students.

Part 5 (New Jersey): Lincoln Elementary (& how they almost made me cry), Hillside Elementary, Taylor Swift, book jewelry, cupcakes and Books, Bytes & Beyond.

Part 6 (New Jersey): Allentown Public Library, Monmouth County Library, Learning Community Charter School and WORD Bookstore
